Annie Pang co-founded Adrian Salt And Pang in 1997, in response to a knowledge gap between urban planning and the property market.  She was instrumental in rebuilding communities by balancing viability with local social/economic needs, delivering unconventional but practical strategies to projects in Hong Kong (her home town), the Caribbean and S Africa.

In the UK, her approach impressed institutional clients and private sector owners by her understanding of the property market while systematically addressing town planning matters, with clients turning to ASAP to unlock pipeline blockages e.g. ownership disputes, neighbourly matters, and managing public relations.

Besides realising value for domestic clients, she has facilitated the smooth delivery of some 170 electricity substations sites including the first large scale energy storage facility in England; operational and business uses, creating value for alternative land uses, safeguarding ownership interests, employing permitted development rights.
